Abeadze State is a beautiful area with lush foliage and trees. The state is just minutes away from the wonderful ocean with its friendly beaches and is located approximately 15 miles from Saltpond in the Mfantseman Municipality, Central Region, Ghana. The land and climate provide for diverse farming activities. The main crops are pineapple, cassava, plantain, citrus and cocoa. Many people are also engaged in animal husbandry and small market activities. The state has 31 communities, of which Dominase is the seat. There are 11 Junior High Schools, 1 Senior High School and a host of primary schools, both public and private.
